Every detail of this retreat has been thoughtfully curated to bring you a little something extraordinary—from our garden soirée and special collaborations to memorable evenings around the Mahjong table.

Tuesday, November 3

Welcome to Palm Beach

Arrival & Check-Ins : The Colony Check-in begins at 4PM. Please reach out to the concierge team to request an earlier check-in time: guestservices@thecolonypalmbeach.com

Welcome Garden Soirée

Time: 5PM - 8PM

Location: The Colony Hotel | East Garden

Attire: Palm Beach Chic- Shades of Pink

All mahjong playing items are provided. All you need to bring is your 2026 NMJL card! Please check-in just outside the garden gates to gather your name badge & drink tickets.

Wednesday, November 4

A Day in Palm Beach

Morning Beach Yoga Class with Holly Newland

Class Time: 9:00–9:50 AM

Meeting Time: Please meet in the hotel lobby by 8:30 AM and we will walk as a group to the beach where the class will be held.

Class Location: The Beach- The Colony staff has kindly offered to walk us over to the spot where the classes are held.

Attire: Workout clothes & a pullover jacket or sweatshirt is suggested. All mats, towels and waters will be provided.

Poolside Mahjong

Time: 2-4PM

Location: The Colony Hotel | Poolside & Grass Vignettes

Attire: Resort chic. Hop in the pool to play Mahjong or stay dry and play on one of the tables on the lawn. Lite snack & prizes to be enjoyed! Be sure to bring your waterproof playing card!

An Evening at Mary Lou's

Time: 6:00–8:00 PM

Location: Mary Lou's | Palm Beach | 250 Southern Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33405

Attire: Polished Palm Beach Cocktail Chic

Transportation: Group transportation will be provided. Our coach will arrive at 5:15PM at The Colony and depart at 5:30PM. Please meet in the lobby to board. Return transportation will be available throughout the evening to The Colony.

Thursday, November 5

Brunch & Bragging Rights

Mahjong Brunch Mini Tourney at The HIVE Bakery

Time: 10:00 AM–1:00 PM

Location: The HIVE | Palm Beach | 1603 S Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33401

Attire: Brunch with the Mahj girls, styled for Palm Beach

Transportation: Group transportation will be provided. Our coach will arrive at 9:15Am at The Colony and departs at 9:30AM. Please meet in the lobby to board. Return transportation will be available to The Colony until 2:30PM.

*Please bring your NMJL cards! Everything else will be provided throughout the events.

Personal purchases, additional meals, beverages outside of our hosted events, room service, and other incidental expenses are the responsibility of each guest.
